Is the audit fee really credited?

Yes. The full CA$5,700 is credited toward your first month of Build if you subscribe within 30 days of the audit being delivered.

What if the audit doesn't find much?

If the audit doesn't surface at least 5 issues worth fixing, you don't pay.

Do you need access to production data?

Only to the systems the engagement requires, read-only by default, inside your environment. Production data is never copied to local machines.

What happens to the code if we stop?

It's already yours. Everything lives in your repository with tests, docs and runbooks, so your team or a future hire can pick it up.

Can we pause or cancel Build?

Yes. Build is month-to-month. Pause or cancel anytime after the current month, and access is revoked the same day.

Do you offer on-call support?

Not on the Build plan. Incident response and on-call SLAs are scoped and quoted separately.
